At Woven Wild, we offer holistic empowerment education & transformation for women’s liberation
We understand how patriarchal societies have conditioned women to abandon themselves to survive — and we know that this cycle ends with us.
We teach women the fundamental skill of Internal Authority — the ability to trust themselves, honour their worth, and harness their ability to create lives in which they truly come alive.
Our work is for those who want to build confidence, deepen self-love, heal trauma at the root — liberating their lineage while freeing themselves.
This is for all women whose bodies are calling them to find their own way.
Rooted In Education
Education is a key pillar of our work as it supports women in cultivating awareness not only of the patterns they wish to change, but how they came to be. Equipped with this knowledge and the necessary tools to effect change, women are able to confidently devote to shifting their reality in the direction of what they truly yearn for. It is our ethos that education is essential for women’s liberation.
Integrated Through The Body
In order for true transformation to occur there needs to be a shift in what is being practiced. It is for this reason that all of our offerings are structured in a way so that the education that is received can be truly integrated. We do this through a non-traditional approach to education that moves at a pace that ensures that your body will get it, blending learning with spaces to pause and continuous invitations to practice — there’s no rush and all the time.

What We Mean When We Say This Is Trauma-Integrated Work
Whereas being trauma-informed refers to having general training around the concept of trauma, trauma-integrated refers to being a facilitator who has actively integrated and healed their own trauma so as to be an authentic and coherent guide for others in their healing process.
