After over a decade of tending to my roots — healing, reconditioning my body, and freeing my soul — I’ve stepped fully into my creation era. While before I was craving healing, now I am craving beauty, art, pleasure, inspiration, and deep sisterhood connection — which is exactly what we will co-create during this retreat.

This is a space to take off the masks, be wild, real, and alive, and reconnect with your deepest creativity and joy.

The Experience

Picture a week designed to honor your body, nervous system, and soul:

  • Morning rhythms: movement, breathwork, journaling, and solo time to reflect, create, or simply rest.

  • Daytime adventures: explore Valle de Bravo, enjoy creative expression, and connect deeply with other women.

  • Evening magic: fireside circles, music, storytelling, and celebration.

The retreat is set in an amazingly beautiful Airbnb with spaces that allow for privacy and stillness whenever you need it — sing, write, dance, draw, dream, or nap.
